check, check. I'm Kristoffer Carter from (cold and wet!) Akron, OH. Excited to welcome everyone into our new space. This has Internet 1.0 energy, which I am loving. The ability to connect without trolls and distractions.

I’m here for like-minded entrepreneurs (coaches, speakers & creators) who would rather die than have a neon sign that says “Boss Babe” I’m 100% in for the mission & not the monetary & internet puke. I play the game because I’m new at this stuff & often I get lost in the sauce. But I find my way back to myself & my mission over & over & over.

omg, love this Kate. So happy you're here with us. Loved connecting briefly last week. Bravo for not settling for getting lost in the sauce... Far too much "taking" in the web these days. Stealing our attention, focus, God knows what else. When we come back to our mission we usually realize it's about what we can give. That was a huge light bulb for me in switching up this space. How can we all give and support one another— while encouraging one another to step out further into what we're here to do. That's where the great living is made.

Checking in from Dallas. I'm just here to soak up the good vibes and connect with cool people. Former self-identified "business guy", realizing that's just a teeny tiny part of who I actually am. This year I'm embracing my squirrel chasing, rabbit hole exploring madness. I hope when you ask 10 people "what's the deal with Brad", they all give you different but equally rad answers.

lol What's THE DEAL with BRAD? lol. Print up the bumper stickers. That's your brand. Happy you're here. Been thinking about you a lot— since I sat for a B-A-T-T-E-R-Y of every neuro and psychological test back in December. Why? Needed to know if ADHD was in my mix. I'll be writing more about what I learned, but essentially— I am very much an Enneagram Seven. lol. What you point to in yourself drives me crazy about myself. Finishing things can be more challenging for us. Case in point, developing and launching an entire new platform in under 6 days (ActiveCampaign < SubStack). Yet, it is done. Is that ADHD, OCD? Or..... SEVEN. 🤣

Dude, ADHD plus seven...I've decided to just embrace the chaos. I've found the only way I get things done is getting people signed up for a thing I haven't made yet. My inner drive to not let anyone down ensures that I get it done - I'm just wielding my own weird psychology against myself at this point.

I just launched a paid community over the holiday. Had the idea, put it in my newsletter, people signed up so I had to build it, all in under two weeks, lol.

On top of that, in the past month I've already said yes to a trip to Patagonia doing photo/video/marketing launch for David Long's eco-lodge, two conference speaking gigs that I haven't written talks for, consulting for a global hearing care org, and flying to Arizona for a marathon weekend to build out a massive video course with an industry influencer...and it's January 9th.

I'm scared of what my calendar is gonna look like this year.

I am here because Laura McKowen said it would be great. My tiny, bold move is to finish “my ideal reader” assignment.

Ramona! Welcome. That is so awesome. Any blocks coming up for you so far, or easy-peasey? Whenever I take those on, I use the mantra "first idea, best idea". Who do you love to serve? My first book is a love letter to my ideal clients.

Tiny, Bold Moves = super smart. You're a walking, talking Venn diagram of my fave coaches: Tiny Habits (BJ Fogg) and Playing Big (Tara Mohr). My mission: befriend the Monkeys of Fear so I can share my brave voice with a community of world-changing creatives. Tiny & Bold seize the day!
