Whether people are struggling to transform their career, or are riding the rollercoaster of huge success— my recommendation is the same: Meditate daily. Meditation compresses the lows, and the highs. We need to create a more firm middle road between all the extremes life throws our way.

Meditation creates discernment. This is the #1 most critical factor for success. Knowing “when to hold ‘em, or when to fold ‘em”— knowing which habits nourish us, or deplete us.
